• All items include a standard delivery of £4.95 anywhere in the UK.

• There is a processing time of 7-10 working days.

• Delivery time frame is 3-5 workings days.

• Our bespoke collection wigs take 10- 12 working days, you will receive your wig within this time frame.

• We will let you know once your item has been shipped via email.

 

Rest of the world

• We appreciate all our customers all over the world, which is why we offer worldwide shipping for only £15.99/$21.72

• There is a processing time of 7 workings days.

•  Delivery time frame is 5-7 working days.

• Our bespoke collection wigs take 10 - 12 working days , please allow up to 15 working days to receive your order

Returns 

• Returns are not accepted, however you have the option to exchange your item. Please contact us if you would like to exchange an item and we will give you directions of how to do this. 

• You have 14 days from the purchase date to return your order. Please email or direct message us on Instagram to start your returns process.
