You've bought your dream luxurious wig. Now we need to maintain her. When putting on your wig, put her upside down, put your elastic band over your head first then the rest of the wig follows.
The lace on our HD lace wigs are very fine so it is vital that you treat it with extra care.

DO NOT adjust your wig by pulling from the lace of the wig, as this will shorten your wig life span. Always pull from the middle of the wig if wig needs adjusting.

DO NOT leave hot tool on lace for long as this result in a hole being left.
DO NOT itch your lace! This will cause premature shedding and balding.

Ensure your hair is flatly braided down for a flat flawless finish. If you need an install service please book through the appointment section.

Wash and condition her whenever you notice product build up (so roughly every 7-10 days). If you need assistance bringing your wig back to life you can book a wig revamp service with us, just book us here.

Use a heat protector before using heat on your wig.
When taking off your wig place her on a mannequin head, tying the lace down with our silk headwrap. This will ensure the lace is laid and ready to go the next day and also keeps styling flawless. If you don‘t have a mannequin head, place your wig in a satin bonnet to maintain your wigs style.
When detangling use a wide padded brush and start from the tip to prevent tangling.
